General: This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The signer agrees to be responsible for any debts incurred while on this property. The Boulder Twin Lakes Inn will pursue all unpaid accounts. 
Smoking: 
The entire property is non-smoking. Guests are subject to a $300 fee if found with evidence of smoking in or near rooms.
Prices and Taxes:
 All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges for services or amenities will be outlined during the booking process or at check-in. Local taxes, including city and tourism fees, may be added to the final bill in compliance with government regulations. 
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
 Payment for room charges and incidentals is required at the morning of check-in, unless otherwise arranged. Payment is due at booking time for reservations made under non-refundable rate plans. Incidental fee may be required to check-in. Fee amount can be given by contacting the hotel. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Checks are not accepted. Check-in time is 3:00 PM MST and check-out time is 11:00 AM MST. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 
Animal/Pet Policy:

  • Only dogs are allowed on the property. Cats and other animals are strictly prohibited. 
  • An animal fee of $25 per dog per night will be charged to the guest's reservation. Animal fee is due upon check-in.
  • A refundable pet deposit of$100 per pet is required at check-in and will be refunded upon checkout if no damages orexcessive cleaning is needed.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in the hotel room or anywhere on the property at anytime. 
  • All pets must be well-behaved, leashed, or in a carrier at all times when outside theguest room.
  • Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted and may result in the pet not being allowed to remain on the property.
  • Pets are not allowed in the Breakfast Room, Community Kitchen, or any other public food areas.
  • Guests must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly in designated outdoor receptacles.

Traveling with Minors: Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age or guardianship may be required at check-in. 
Accessibility or Special Needs: Our hotel is committed to providing accessible services for guests with special needs. Please inform us of any special needs at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate requests. 
Parking: Free parking spaces are available for our guests. Parking is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles in the parking area. 
Hotel Events: The hotel hosts private events and meetings in designated areas. Guests may be informed of scheduled events that may impact their stay. Outside guests attending events are restricted to event areas and must adhere to hotel policies. Noise from events will be minimized, and we aim to ensure it does not affect the comfort of our guests. 
Dispute Resolution/Issues: We are committed to addressing any issues or disputes that arise during your stay. Guests are encouraged to bring issues to the attention of management as soon as possible for prompt resolution. In case of unresolved disputes, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws. Jurisdiction for any legal action will be the courts of Boulder, Colorado. 
Use of Personal Information: We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our guests. Personal information provided during the reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay, including contacting you for feedback after your visit. 
Liability: The hotel is not liable for personal injury or property loss. We recommend securing personal valuables in the in-room safe. The hotel is not responsible for items left unattended in public areas or personal vehicles. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to hotel property. 
Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be held liable for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other emergencies. In the event of force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations or refunds as appropriate. 
Third-Party Rights: No party other than the contracting guest shall have any rights to enforce any terms of this agreement. Any agreements between the hotel and guests are personal to the parties involved and cannot be assigned or transferred without written consent. 
Waiver: Failure by the hotel to enforce any part of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that part or any other part in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the hotel. 
Severance: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
